November 24, the WIN IOT Circle of Vodafone Germany asks me to give a presentation on the topic of gender pay gap and negotiations.
Very exciting that some companies have the courage to strengthen and empower their female employees. Certainly a step in the right direction – even if many women don’t even apply to some positions where the ad only mentions: ‘legal salary and possible overpayment’ – out of disgust and fear that they would then have to negotiate their salary.
