Anyone who is as passionate about #fairpay and #equalpay as I am inevitably addresses the conditions that make fairness, transparency and equality in the workplace possible.
And these of course include the #balance of private/ family and work life: a balance which is relevant for all of us – whether we are parents, GenZ, in the middle of our careers or about to retire.
The better our work and private lives complement each other, the fairer we feel our working conditions are.
And the feeling of fairness increases our engagement and therefore our productivity – a win-win for everyone.
